The room was a small standard room with an en‑suite bathroom, more like a home than a hotel; there were many interesting collections and pictures to look at, the enclosed balcony offered lovely views, and there were ponies in the garden. A fan made noise at night; my partner slept through it, but I am a light sleeper.
