The staff member was nice. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this hotel in Cairo. Despite our booking, we were denied access at check‑in because we couldn’t present a marriage certificate. This requirement was not mentioned in the hotel description, booking conditions, or hotel rules. We traveled specifically for this and suddenly found ourselves without accommodation. Had we known this beforehand, we would never have booked the hotel. I find it absolutely unacceptable to inform guests of such important conditions only upon arrival. I advise every couple to research thoroughly before booking to avoid the same unpleasant experience.

Incredible value for money hotel in downtown Cairo. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with a modern en‑suite and balcony. Daily breakfast was delicious and varied daily, letting us try many tasty dishes. The staff couldn’t be more attentive; any small issues were fixed immediately and they were very friendly. The WiFi is also stable and reliable. Nothing else—highly recommend.

The staff were fantastic, rooms were clean, location excellent, bathroom clean and fully equipped. However, a towel was missing in the room, breakfast needs improvement—there were local products but nothing external.

The room was spotless, the welcome very pleasant, staff attentive. Breakfast was great and plentiful (could be requested before normal service hours and served in the room). The bathroom was clean, towels and shower gel were fine. Spacious room with balcony and curtains to block light. Sheets clean, bed comfortable. Street is lively but windows cut a bit of honking noise 🚗. The common areas of the building, i.e., the staircase if you don't want to take the elevator, are dirty and smell very bad. And the incivility of other guests who make noise when returning at odd hours, but that's not the hotel's fault.
