The location is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is varied with hot and cold options and sweet items for coffee, rooms are clean and beds comfortable, but parking is paid.

The location was great, just a 10‑minute walk to the center, which was the only plus. We booked a basement room without air‑conditioning; on hot days it would have been unbearable, but we were lucky the weather cooled a few days. The room was so small that you could only lie on the bed and nothing else. Communication with the hotel was weak; the management replied after 10 hours, and no one at reception spoke English. The parking fee should not have been charged to guests.

Breakfast was very good, the place is quiet and peaceful, and a large supermarket is nearby. The location is on the outskirts, about 10 minutes to Krupówki and the market on the Gubałówka train line.
