“Great place to stay near the airport.”

It was close to the airport but not on the flight path, which was nice; the place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, especially the Spanish driver who took us to the airport and gave us great travel tips for Canada, plus the free shuttle was appreciated. We ended up eating dinner at the neighboring restaurant because they offered a wider variety of options.

The room was really nice and clean. All of the necessary items were there, and the bed was really comfortable. The waiter/bartender at the restaurant treated us pretty poorly. I ordered a bowl of chili and a side of grilled chicken and he said it would take half an hour, which was already pretty long. Then I went down after 35 minutes and he completely messed up the order, asked if I ordered the tomato basil soup, which wasn't even an option on the menu. He then said he needed another 10 minutes, that is now 45 minutes for a bowl of chili and a side of grilled chicken. Then I went down after another 10 minutes, and he was in the kitchen for nearly another 10 minutes, which seemed like he was packaging up the food. It should not take almost an hour for a bowl of chili, nor a side of grilled chicken. I also felt like he simply didn't care and I saw that other tables were upset with the fact that he was not assisting them or bringing them their food. The Hotel itself is great and so is the room, but this treatment left a really sour taste
