The food was a total letdown – nothing good on the menu. The shower barely had water, and the bedding was awful: a cold draft, a half‑size duvet, hard thin pillows. Trucks rattling outside made it impossible to sleep. Overall, not worth the price.

The thatched chalets looked pretty, but the place was dirty and smelled musty. The open design right on the main road meant no quiet nights, and the breakfast was just microwaved eggs and sausages with no coffee. It turned out to be one of the worst stays in our long‑time Botswana trips, especially given the price.

The location is close to the main road, and the rooms are clean with good AC and nice bathrooms. The only downside is the constant noise from the street, which can be annoying.

They only offered AC; no cable, no hot water, no breakfast. The security was solid, so our truck was safe from two break‑in attempts. The location was great for park visits, but overall the amenities were lacking.
