The AC wasn’t working, the room was super hot, and the curtains were broken so I couldn’t close them. The AC was leaking water onto the kitchen surface and ruined my juice.

The rooms are very good. Breakfast is very good and the staff, like Avinesh and Desmond, are very helpful. Avinesh always went the extra mile to keep us happy. Thank you, Soo Soo, so much for that. The hotel should have staff like him. Front Office Tariq is also a very helpful and friendly guy. Martin the bell boy also helped us a lot. Thank you, Tariq and Martin, for your exceptional service. Love you guys. 😘 The hotel should install smart TVs because we had to run around with laptops and HDMI cables to watch YouTube.

The room was spotless and the space was generous, nothing to complain about.

The hotel rooms were stylish, and the stay was enjoyable with almost everything equipped – a dishwasher, a washing machine, and the room’s washing machine was spacious and comfortable. The only downside for me was the bathroom; the toilet was on the right side, making it difficult to perform ablutions.
