The view, the pool, and the coffee and tea in the lobby were great, but there was only one small elevator, so the waiting time could be too long; I missed the chance to see puffins and hope the staff could have reminded us before our arrival.

The view of Harbor was absolutely stunning, and thank you for putting us in such a lovely room; the elevator carpet could have used some cleaning, but that was a minimal issue compared to the wonderful experience we had at the hotel.
