The staff, especially Lourdes, were friendly, but the hotel feels basic; there's no air conditioning and we had to use two fans.

The place is beautiful and very quiet, with plenty of décor and well‑designed facilities. It’s far from everything, which we love. Don Jonny was very helpful. I’d just add a water dispenser and some snacks at a reasonable price in the room, and maybe a few glasses, mugs, and a kettle, since everything else is far away.
