The hotel’s location was acceptable, yet the room had no windows, felt cramped and damp, the lamp over the bed was poorly positioned and unsafe, the shower head was broken with weak water pressure, the shower sink didn’t drain and flooded the area, the toilet seat was broken, and the fridge was soaked with water.

Finding the hotel was easy, and everything we needed was on the ground floor, but the bed linen looked old and gray.

The place was convenient, but several fixtures were broken: towel hanger, shower hanger, and the bed made it impossible to sleep soundly. The shampoo and shower amenities were empty, and the room smelled dirty.

Just before we were supposed to arrive at the hotel at 11 pm, they called to say we had no room because the one we’d booked and paid for three weeks earlier had been given to another guest. They forced us to move to another hotel in the same group, which was twice as far away, and we had to cover all extra transport costs. When we got to the new hotel (S24 resort Buriram), it was infested with ants and had a terrible odor. I would not recommend any of these hotels; they sell more rooms than they have and then send guests elsewhere.
