“Overall enjoyable and very comfortable stay in a quieter area of Ksamil away from the loud busy streets”
Lovely, modern hotel. Very clean and the staff were helpful. The air conditioning in the rooms and the beds are comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are good quality. Unlike other hotels in the area, the outdoor areas are well kept and tidy. The rooms have large balconies. You can also log on to Amazon Prime or Netflix on the bedroom TV. Nice, spacious pool area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil! Breakfast was limited in some respects (for our taste) but the coffee was excellent. The breakfast staff were very good, especially the lady behind the bar who mostly made the coffees and remembered our coffee order every day. A couple of hooks behind the bathroom door/ in bathroom and a hand towel rail would be a welcome addition to the bathrooms. However this isn’t enough to bring our rating down.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot, just a 10‑minute walk to Ksamil’s main area, and there’s a pool bar that serves food all day. The pool itself is clean, with a fresh towel each morning and plenty of sun beds. The room beds are comfy, and the housekeeping cleans daily, so returning to a tidy room after a day out feels great. They offered an on‑site taxi that took us to Sarande for the evening and back to the port for our ferry. The place has a calm vibe and feels family‑run, which makes the service feel personal and friendly. The staff are amazing! The only downside was that the bathroom lacked a towel rail or hooks for hanging towels.
