“A “boutique” precisa de manutenção”

The room had good quality furnishings (suite with a view of the park). The staff were helpful and accommodated my gluten‑free dietary restrictions. The hotel’s “boutique” concept is appealing, but it lacks upkeep; mold and damp spots in the room and bathroom made me question cleanliness. I also learned there are other hotels closer to the restaurant street in the Lastarria neighborhood, but the distance from BHB to that street wasn’t a deal‑breaker; everything was reachable on foot.

The location is great, near the metro, in Lastarria and Bellavista, and the access is independent. I think breakfast could be better, with more sliced fruit and a wider selection of cakes.

The staff were friendly. I had an issue in the room and they responded. The cleaning and the bed were lacking.

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful and the service impeccable. It’s great for traveling with kids, though they don’t offer cribs. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, so steam and odors easily escape into the room.
