Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect for getting to any central spot in the city, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. However, they do not offer room‑service breakfast.

Cleanliness and service were excellent, and the shower water had great pressure and hot water that felt like a water massage. Nothing else to mention; everything seemed perfect.

The room was clean and spacious. During the two nights I stayed, there was no light, the air conditioning didn't work, and I had to keep the lights on all night. Because there was no power, I couldn't use the internet, charge my devices, and on the last day there was no hot water.

The bedroom was just right and the renovation was quick; check‑in and check‑out were smooth. The bathroom needs a refresh: the WV floor, alcove shower sprayer, and new sink are uncomfortable; the tap size leaves no room for hands.

The location, cleanliness, and staff attention were great. Very nice.
