I parked my car and felt uneasy leaving valuables inside because the lot was open to transients and homeless people nearby.

Everyone was friendly and the food was decent, yet there was mold in the bathroom walk and ceiling, the elevator was filthy, bugs were on the floor, and the shower floor was very slippery.
