“Uncomfortable for family”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the price was quite steep for what I got, I did appreciate the 200ml of complimentary water that was provided. However, the bed had a strong smell, the bathroom was not clean, and the hot water system was inadequate, only providing one liter at a time. The towel was also dirty, and I felt that the hotel was overpriced.

I appreciated the option to leave my suitcase there while I was exploring Ladakh, and some of the staff members were kind and willing to help without expecting tips. However, most of the staff didn't understand English, which caused communication issues. On my first night, a big rat even made its way into my room, but the staff managed to remove it.
I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The overall experience was exceptional, with a very good atmosphere and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
