Breakfast was enjoyable. The room had a strong tobacco scent from the AC, and the shower drain didn’t flush.

The stay was pleasant, quiet, and clean.

The location is close to the Riyadh refinery, but the room had a noticeable odor and the static electricity was excessive; the rates could also be more competitive.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the industrial city, and the building and its facilities feel warm and welcoming; the staff at check‑in, check‑out, and breakfast were all excellent hosts. Nothing was wrong, everything worked great.
