The interior style is very vintage. We stayed there over a weekend when strong winds in Lithuania knocked out power, so when we arrived there was no electricity in the hotel, but the nearby café‑restaurant that belongs to the hotel had a generator, so we could charge phones and eat. The old vintage furniture in the rooms gives off a strong antique smell, but we got used to it. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is quite pricey. Because the hotel had no electricity (not the owners’ fault), we didn’t have hot water, so even coffee at breakfast was a disappointment.

Very clean. Not prepared for extreme situations. We had to live without electricity. No candles, matches, or projectors were offered. We were traveling in a group, so other rooms lacked not only electricity but also water. Since the owner informs about weather warnings in advance, he could have taken care of his guests and helped with water and lighting. He couldn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. After hearing the conversation that it wasn’t his fault, I didn’t even try to ask for a partial refund for the discomfort. The owners should also consider the quality of food and service.

“Stilvolles Haus für ruhige Tage”

The house gives off a nice atmosphere with a coherent design. Absolutely quiet and the parking is right in front of the house. The hotel is part of a very good restaurant right next door. The Wi‑Fi in the room was very weak. There really isn’t an alternative to the restaurant breakfast, which we found disproportionately expensive. (No fridge or hot‑water device in the room). A few more details about the house (meal times, etc.) and the surroundings on the room would be helpful.
