“Schöne Finca mit tollem Pool aber auch kleinen Makeln im Innenbereich!!”

The finca is lovely and very quiet, with two dogs, chickens, sheep, and a large pool right in front of the terrace—greatly maintained outdoor area. The owner was very helpful with any requests or questions. However, the dishware wasn’t uniform, the pool had to be cleaned only after we asked, the beds were only 140 cm wide, and the fourth bedroom is just a loft without a door. Some hardware like cabinet pulls and toilet seats still need tightening. The outdoor kitchen only had a sink, and the cabinets and built‑in grill were unusable, though there was a portable grill. A fridge and dishwasher in the outdoor kitchen would have been very useful.

The pool is a dream, and the villa is very secluded, offering pure peace (except for the chickens). A car is essential. Margalida is a genuinely kind host who cares a lot about her guests, provides a free liqueur tasting and homemade food from the mother, and is usually reachable, often checking in daily if you want and after a WhatsApp notice. The air conditioning isn’t full‑coverage throughout the house, only partially with standing fans; the showers aren’t fully sealed, though they’re still decent, and the kitchen appliances could use an upgrade.

The house is beautifully maintained with soul, a large pool, and is ideal for families with many children, offering plenty of space and two bathrooms. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. If we ever visit Mallorca again, we’ll definitely stay here again—thanks so much for everything! Everything met expectations, but a car is needed. The sea is about 15 minutes away and the shop about 5 minutes; nothing was inconvenient, everything was accessible.

The accommodation provided everything needed. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, an electric oven, and a microwave. Residents can enjoy a wide range of board games, including a Wii. The living room is spacious, the beds are good. After an agreement with the host, we left her two dogs and a cat on the property, and they were great companions for the kids.
