“Great place to stay, great value.”
The property is beautiful, calm, with amazing views. The spa was closed and the sauna was missing; I would have liked to use the facilities, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker because we loved the serenity.
Beautiful apartment, clean, fully furnished with all comforts. Responsive host, Oscar the cat was a bonus. :)
“Great location, well looked after property, would stay again”
One‑bedroom apartment: great location, amazing views on a clear day, the room was warm, large and very comfortable. Quiet stay, loved the hot tub and the resident cat Oscar who visited us. The deck was extremely icy and hard to see; a small sign would help. The heat pump has a continuous whine, which may annoy longer stays.
This was a last‑minute booking after a flight was cancelled. I’m glad I chose Manata – the apartment was large, had a kitchenette, a very comfortable bed and electric blankets. The views are beautiful, the host John communicated clearly and promptly, and the absolute bonus for me was the homestead cat, Oscar, who decided to spend the evening with me!

Wonderful location, one side looking up at Coronet Peak, the other at the Remarkables, and close to both ski fields. We were in Queenstown but didn’t have to deal with daily traffic. The sun pours into the apartment. Good, comfortable bed. The best shower I’ve had, even outside home. Exceptional communication from the owners and very helpful. No negatives.
