The place was quiet, the bed was super comfy, and I loved the hot water; the staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay again. The breakfast was ordinary – Tamale’s great brown bread would have been better than the sweet white bread they offered, and it was a shame I could only choose either butter or jam, not both.

The male receptionist was very good and approachable. I checked in at 7 pm the night before and asked to check out around 11 am the next day.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. After a long 17-hour bus journey, I was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but what I got was a filthy room infested with cockroaches. The space was dirty, unhygienic, and had a terrible odor. Although I requested a refund, it was denied without a valid reason, and the alternative room offered was just as unacceptable.

I was unhappy with my stay at this hotel due to an issue with the currency conversion rate. The accountant imposed a euro to cedis rate that was out of proportion, and when I questioned him, he simply stated that the owner had defined that rate. I was quite disappointed but paid and left.

While my stay at this hotel had some redeeming qualities, such as a clean room and an okay breakfast, there were also several issues that left me underwhelmed. The breakfast portions were surprisingly small, and I was disappointed to find that the shower couldn't be adjusted to my preferred temperature. To make matters worse, the laundry service was overpriced.
