“Budget friendly rate but they need to improve on cleanliness and services”
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Meshark, who assisted me with booking a boat ride and game drive at a very reasonable rate. However, I was disappointed with the state of my room, which was unkempt and had insects falling from the roof, and the mosquito net was torn. Additionally, there was no soap provided, and I had to rely on self-catering or look for alternative dining options like Kiambi.
