The front desk was incredibly helpful and informative; any question or concern I raised was dealt with immediately. It's some of the best customer service I've experienced at a hotel in a very long time!

Everything was great: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very good—nothing to complain about.

Everything was fine; I tested the carpet cleanliness with clean white ankle socks and was impressed. The buffet breakfast, however, lacked seasoning and didn’t include southern biscuits and gravy; otherwise it was nice.

I had to ask for clean towels and the room trash wasn’t removed; the pillows were bad.
