The location near the pier and the cleanliness were great. Nothing was arranged for French guests, the English was average, and there was no hotel service. When I asked where the pier was, they said they didn’t know and didn’t bother to look or ask a taxi driver.

The hotel is in a central spot and the rooms were clean with carpet. The building could use a bit of updating, and the price felt high for the service, especially since we’re in Egypt. Breakfast was good, and overall the place was tidy with helpful staff. The cost didn’t match the offering.

The view is excellent and the spot right by the Nile cruise pier is perfect. Security at the hotel entrance is solid, and there’s a shopping mall next door. The entrance sidewalk was neglected, and there aren’t quiet places to eat nearby.

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The location is superb, just a 15‑minute walk to the ferry for Elephant Island. The rooms have everything you need, and there’s a great café in the lobby. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, a used condom was found in the bathroom sink, and the carpets had stains. Some outlets didn’t work. Overall, it’s a very good choice for Egypt.
