The location is superb, rural right by the pond yet also right next to the tram stop. The building itself is a nice country house, everything was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good and sufficient selection. Unfortunately, the entire hotel is carpeted, which isn’t ideal for allergy sufferers. A mobile air‑con unit was in the room and took up some space. The lady working at breakfast was a bit moody and hurried, and she coughed over our table while clearing.
