I was blown away by everything, and when a few hiccups popped up, the staff—Mrs. Jailan and Mr. Ramy—handled them flawlessly and made the experience even better.

The breakfast was superb, with gluten‑free options available, and the customer service was great; the hotel is a 15‑minute taxi ride from the pyramids and boasts a large pool area, making it overall fantastic. However, the toilets are very low, so people with lower back problems should be careful, and the ATMs tend to swallow money, requiring a 10‑day investigation with the Egyptian bank to recover it.
