“Horror.”

The price was the only bright spot. The room was filthy—so much so that I thought someone might still be staying there. When they tried to give me a different room, it was even worse. I had checked in very late and couldn’t move hotels, so I had to beg for extra towels just to lay them on the bed because the staff initially refused to provide them. It was a nightmare. I trusted the good reviews, but I’m convinced the ratings are fabricated. The photos speak for themselves—this place should not be rated “very good.”

I was left feeling disrespected and unimpressed by my experience at this hotel. When I arrived at 1 am from Semarang, I found that the hotel was unattended. The lack of staff and care for guests was evident, and I left feeling unwelcome.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy, with cobwebs, insects in the bed, and stains on the sheets. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke and mold on the walls. When I asked the receptionist to change the linens, he refused, and I was forced to change hotels. To make matters worse, the person who greeted me was lounging on a mattress at the entrance, giving me a poor first impression.

On the positive side, the room was clean, the price was reasonable, and the location was convenient. However, the hotel lacked one major amenity: hot water. I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy a warm shower during my stay.
