The rooms are spacious, the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive, the chef came out, the front‑desk guy was friendly, and the view from the window was nice. However, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint because they look depressing, and there were snacks in the room with no note that you’d have to pay for them, so you’d think they were free.

“Fair value for money”

The location is good and the staff are helpful. The bathroom is small with poor drainage, the shower isn’t separated from the sink and toilet, and while breakfast has a reasonable variety, the cooking quality was disappointing.

“Angenehmes, professionelles Hotel”

The room was large, bright, and clean, the staff were friendly and service‑oriented, and the atmosphere was calm with nice seating that offered a view of the many small, well‑furnished terraces of the hotel. The chef gladly accommodated our special food requests. Unfortunately, the internet was unreliable most of the time, and the team that ran the hotel on Friday evening and Saturday morning seemed like a B‑team, so things didn’t work as well as usual.

“A very good value for money!”

A great choice for a family stay in Fizagat / Mingora, Swat. The property is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are courteous and prompt. Nothing to complain about.

The place was nice and the staff were very cooperative. I had a problem with cooling because the room was too big for a single 1.5‑ton inverter, but the next day they swapped rooms and installed two inverters.
