Diya Bed and Breakfast

I spent four nights at Dia Bed and Breakfast in Paharganj and loved it. The place is spotless, comfy, and exudes a cozy, welcoming vibe that feels more like a characterful home than a generic hotel. The two brothers who run it were always friendly, helpful, and happy to offer tips on what to see in Delhi, making my trip even better. I felt genuinely welcomed and would recommend Dia to anyone seeking a clean, friendly, and snug stay in Delhi. The only downside was the neighborhood’s loud, chaotic atmosphere.

This was my second stay at Diya B&B within two weeks. Located in a lively part of Old Delhi, it’s truly a peaceful haven. The staff and Danish are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The rooms are very clean, the shower in the bathroom is pleasant, and hot water is available. The breakfasts are excellent. If you’re visiting Delhi, this is the place to stay.

“A challenge to find but totally worth the effort.”

A hidden sanctuary away from the chaotic bustle of Main Bazaar. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were absolutely charming—far better than a bland generic hotel. The internal stairs aren’t suitable for those with mobility issues; finding the rooms took some navigation, but with the map from Danish and using Krishna Rooftop Restaurant as a reference point, we managed to locate them.

A beautiful discovery in Delhi’s Paharganj. In a secondary street of Main Bazaar (not dangerous, though), there’s an old haveli‑style building that, once you step inside, truly lets you leave the chaos of Paharganj behind. A little pearl decorated in Rajastani style, with clean, very welcoming rooms. Everything needed for a great stay, even a iron in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very happy to have stayed here.
