The room itself was decent, but the electricity issue meant the AC and fans weren't working, and the breakfast quality was disappointing.

Nothing to like at all; the staff were very arrogant, added a 5% extra GST, and never handed over a receipt.

The tea isn’t good for the price.

The room is big, but the cleaning was missing, the lift was rude, and the staff were unfriendly.

I had a great stay, with staff who were very cooperative and honest, and rooms that were spacious and comfortable; if you want a hotel very close to Bareilly junction, you should definitely check this place out, and the rooms are quite clean.
