“I loved it for the most part”
The property and location were great. The beds were really hard.
“Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton-Columbia Killian Road”
I only stayed a few hours, checking in at 7:00 pm and checking out at 3:00 am, and my room was ready, clean, and quiet; the digital check‑in and key‑less entry meant I never had to queue at the front desk, though I only saw one staff member who didn’t notice me. The carpet in the elevators, however, needs replacing with LVP or tile; the smell is unpleasant and the air freshener feels like a band‑aid, and the small spaces could easily accommodate non‑slip flooring that’s easy to clean.

The staff were really nice and phenomenal, while the air was clean and refreshing enough.
I booked a suite but was given a standard room instead, and no one mentioned the downgrade until I saw it myself; after pointing it out, the staff were fine with the deception and didn’t offer me the room I paid for or refund the price difference.
