Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location, parking right outside the hotel, and friendly staff were positives, and the pool was nice. However, the sink drain didn’t work and the breakfast was really weak. The slide and whirlpool were non‑functional.

The location was good, the pancakes looked tasty, but I didn’t get any. No fruit, no yogurt, which I expected.

The location and staff were fine, but the rooms need serious attention: the rug is stained, the bathroom floor grout is filthy, and the mattress was very lumpy.

I liked the rooms; they were pretty. The breakfast was very basic, especially considering the room rates, and the hotel is a bit off the main road but still easy to reach by car.

Résumé de cet avis
The customer service was phenomenal! The front counter personal and management were very accommodating, delivering exceptional service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff left our room immaculate. The Continental breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit, muffins, and breads. The pancake machine was a nice added touch. The service personnel was very studious, making the area consistently spotless. You should be proud of the staff and hotel as it protryed a bench mark if excellence. Absolutely nothing
