The hotel’s location and staff were nice, and the elevator was a plus; we were greeted with fruit and a drink after a night bus, which was very welcome. The breakfast could be improved and made a bit fresher.

The accommodation was great for the price, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bread at breakfast was a little stale, so ordering local options is safer to avoid that.

The staff were enthusiastic, cute, and gentle. Breakfast was simple but tasty, especially the bún bò huế. The room was spacious, bright, airy, and fully equipped. There is a nearby parking lot if you don't want to leave it at the hotel. Next time I visit Huế, I will definitely choose Gardenia again.

Great location, quiet street but very close to all the city buzz! Lovely staff, lots of local options for breakfast and super comfy beds. Totally recommend!
