The buffet breakfast was nice, and the hotel was grand enough for a work stay over one night, but the rooms felt tired and old; at that price, it was acceptable for a business trip.

Compact yet fine, the host was super friendly, the large parking lot was free, and it’s close to Midleton Experience, which I highly recommend.

Parking is public but in nice, spacious spots near the hotel, and the area feels safe; the location is great for restaurants, especially BQ, our favorite. The room appeared much smaller than what we had booked, as shown in the photos, and the bathroom offered no hanging space at all. We like to keep our towels for two nights for environmental reasons, but we had to hang them awkwardly, as you can see. A strange bottle of shampoo was present, and the room lacked a pleasant atmosphere. In our view, the price was far too high for the quality of the hotel, a real disappointment for the money spent.

Super big rooms, very friendly, accomodating and welcoming staff. Lots of convenient parking. Continental breakfast was really well stocked. Everything was above expectations
