The “balcony” was just an enclave the width of a door and still cost extra; breakfast was basic and not worth the price; I had a “do not disturb” sign on my door, yet staff vacuumed it and talked loudly in the morning – this place feels for regulars, not for occasional guests.

The location and breakfast were fine, but the bed was lumpy; I asked to flip the mattress and it still sloped down the side, making it uncomfortable and overpriced – a huge mistake.

We really enjoyed the breakfast variety, and Marta at reception was very friendly. Still, the room had uncomfortable mattresses, and we had requested a double room but were given two tiny single beds that were also uncomfortable for two people; the headboards were dusty. Because my husband has allergies, we couldn’t rest well, and the vacuum cleaner made a lot of noise early in the morning. Thanks for understanding; we hope these issues improve.
