The supermarket is close, only a grocery. The smell of the toilets is annoying, the pictures on the site never match reality. On the ground floor you can hear staff voices (phones and chatter), insects and cockroaches, the internet doesn’t work, the water is too hot to wash, and on the second floor there’s a smoke smell in the hallways.

The place is in a good spot, but I was pretty disappointed. Basic stuff was missing or in bad shape: no toilet paper, just one towel, one dental kit, one set of shampoo and shower gels. The AC was noisy, the bed and pillows uncomfortable, and the water in the bathroom was too hot. I only got two small bottles of drinking water and there were no kitchen utensils like plates or spoons. These are all things I think could be fixed.

All the facilities were great and the reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Abdulrahman, for whom I am very grateful.
