The location, the friendly staff, and the charm were all perfect.

We didn’t take any photos, but we highly recommend this place. The décor is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the welcome is outstanding. Nothing negative – we liked everything.
The staff were awful and couldn’t help us get to the hotel because the city was under construction and the streets were blocked; we lost 45 minutes trying to find a way in. We gave up on staying there. The access to the hotel was bad and the staff were dishonest.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from the main sights and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful and professional. Parking on the premises is limited and requires a reservation. My Superior room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. I’d book again next time I’m in Bourges. No complaints.
