“Avoid”
The staff did their best, but the property is in bad shape—unfair to the staff. The bathroom was under renovation yet they checked you in. I stayed with friends and they needed a bathroom door for privacy, which their room didn’t have, so I swapped rooms with them. The patio door can’t lock—anyone can walk in. It’s not a safe environment at all.
The location was great, but the towels left something to be desired.

The staff greeted us warmly, and there was nothing else to complain about.
The security was solid and the rooms were comfortable, but the stairs were a problem – a lift would have helped with my knee issues.

Breakfast was decent, though it could use some improvement; the spot was perfect for my business in Groenkloof, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
