The location was okay. The experience was very. the room was noisy and the services were lacking. My one‑night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. The room faced VIA ROMA, and due to old windows that don’t block noise and a very hard mattress that was probably old, it was impossible to rest. The environment looked neglected, with a haphazard mix of furniture and old doors that gave no sense of welcome. The fact that the bathroom was shared wasn’t clear when I booked; it’s only mentioned in the services list after the initial description, as the owner pointed out. That should be communicated more clearly. The room lacked a TV and didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle, not even for purchase – it costs 20 cent at the supermarket. The property supplied only one shower towel, which is obviously meant for everything. I wonder how they expect a guest to wash their face, shower, and use the bidet with a single towel. I would invite the owners to stay one night in their own place. I’m sure testing the bed and these issues firsthand would help them understand guests’ needs and improve the welcome. The value for money was definitely insufficient.

Clean bathroom, great location, lovely hosts! Lucia and Francesco went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Couldn't recommend this accommodation enough. Grazie mille!!!. Nothing
