Even though the hotel isn’t specifically aimed at families, I found the service very child‑friendly. I especially want to thank Linus at the front desk, who welcomed us and treated my child with great care; my child’s birthday was acknowledged, and I’m grateful for that. The pool available to guests was a big bonus, and we used it a lot. The rooms were tidy, our room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet, so we slept very well. The breakfast service was relatively slow; I recommend ordering your items immediately upon arrival. We were also a bit surprised by the quality of the bacon and scrambled eggs, but everything else at breakfast was high‑quality and good.

I liked everything about the room: the atmosphere, shower, bed, and lighting. The health centre is outstanding.

I stayed at the hotel again. The service was wonderful, sauna, mini‑pool, gym. It’s located near the Finnish National Opera and Ballet. The winter garden is close by. A short walk leads to Sibelius Park and a longer walk to Seurasaari open‑air museum. The morning opening at CAFÉ TIN TIN TANGO.

The car park is absolutely shocking 😟 There’s no elevator, so you have to drag your luggage along the car‑rack and outside into the hotel. Very low quality!!!
