The beach was close, but the hotel had many shortcomings. There was no air conditioning, no elevator, and the floors were dirty. Room service was almost impossible to get; cleaning only happened if requested the day before. Towels were insufficient, Kleenex was missing, and there was no microwave. The office staff were very unprofessional. The place was noisy, the window screens were torn, and the windows were not secure. There were no electronic keys, only old-fashioned locks. No jacuzzi, and the beds were too springy, soft, and high. A Bible and coffee maker were missing, and the closet had too few hangers. Parking was expensive.
