We were told the hotel has a strict no‑smoking policy, yet we encountered weed and cigarette smoke in our room; I reported it to the manager named Jacob. After staying 12 nights for $1200.00, I asked him to move me after three nights because the pillow was poor; I took the pillow to the desk for a swap, but he said there were no extras available. I have no complaints beyond that, but I won’t stay here again—my work trips are all year long and I’m done with this place.
