The location was perfect for skiing – we could practically ski to the hotel. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The rooms were basic, the food was unremarkable, and the overall experience was just.there. Nothing really stood out as good or bad, just a completely average stay.

This hotel's got some major flaws, but the staff more than made up for it. The room was small and pricey, but the cleanliness was actually pretty good - except for the bathroom, which had a pretty bad mold problem. The shower curtain was mildewy and the grout was gross, but the rest of the room was spotless. The staff, on the other hand, were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience a bit more bearable.
