The location is super good and the room has excellent space and a very comfortable bed. I loved being there and will definitely return. It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, but unfortunately I had an issue with the bathroom: the large shower didn’t work, only the small one did, but I think it was a one‑off. A suggestion: for stays longer than three days, offer a room cleaning and change of bedding and bathroom linens, I understand the purpose of the accommodation but it would be nice to have that option for an extra fee.

I stayed for 3 nights, but the old building made everything feel rough—both the washroom door and the front door were stiff and had to be slammed hard to shut. The shampoo and coffee provided were only enough for a single night, even though I asked for more. The ceiling was low, and the shower door leaked, splashing water all over the floor.

The location was excellent, and we appreciated the historic value of the building. We were disappointed with the ground‑floor room: the bed was hard, the shower leaked onto the floor and we had to replace towels every day. I would not stay here again.

It’s close to the vaporetto stop and the canal, and the room was clean. The room was a bit small.
