The staff were excellent, but the facilities were a bit cramped and the wifi was terrible. The buildings are old and the wifi is awful.

I had a wonderful stay at Dolphin House. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, always ready to help and make the stay enjoyable. I felt well taken care of every day I was there. Without a doubt it was a very positive experience and I would recommend it as a place to stay in the Galápagos.

Such an incredible place run by caring and helpful people. Free airport transfers plus incredible views. Wish we had stayed longer!

Great sunset views! Super nice family running it. The dad picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport. Free filtered water. Hammocks galore. The stairs were a killer. Very steep
