The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the value for money was good.

The rooms were spacious and nice; I stayed in different rooms on the same building, all very pretty, and the location is very quiet. I didn't really find anything I didn't like.

We paid extra for a parking spot, but still didn't get one, and had to park elsewhere and didn't receive a refund (they claimed it was not their fault because they sold more spaces than were actually available). There was no remote control for the AC; you had to ask for it, and that information was nowhere to be found. The only way to get fresh air was to leave the door open, and many guests had to do that. The staff couldn't speak English. The breakfast selection was poor and some foods were of low quality. The bathroom was extremely small.
