The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the bathrooms weren't very clean – they were cleaned, just not up to standard.

The experience felt like being in a spaceship, with a clean, welcoming structure just a few minutes’ walk from Bukit Bintang; the staff were super friendly, and they offered laundry and breakfast at a low price. Each bed had a locker that could hold a small trolley, though you had to buy a lock on site. The bathroom was a bit inconvenient because the toilet paper was outside, which was a logistical issue.

Very bad. Not recommended

The location was convenient and the booking process was easy, but I was very disappointed with how my reservation was handled. I had told the property I would arrive later, yet my reservation was cancelled as a “no‑show” even though I hadn’t requested cancellation. I didn’t stay a single night, yet I was still charged a large cancellation/no‑show fee. I reached out to both the property and the platform, but neither offered a satisfactory solution. I think this was unfair, caused me significant financial loss and stress, and I hope the property will review this case fairly and improve their communication with guests in similar situations.

The photos on the website were totally different from the real capsules, which looked like living graves – dark and small. My room was on the third floor, and once you entered you had to use dangerous stairs to reach the capsule on top of each other. They used computer fans to ventilate the capsule. I also spotted dirty spots on the bedsheet. Check out the pictures for a better understanding.
