The treatment was extraordinary, the location was perfect for walking around Toledo, and the hotel itself was magnificent.

The breakfast was quite acceptable. There were very few services nearby; you had to travel far to find a decent restaurant or bar. We had to book parking because it was impossible to park if you weren't a resident, costing 27€ per day, and to get the car you had to ask for the key at reception, which was more trouble than moving the car itself—unheard of, no electronic key to access the car at will. We felt robbed. There were other public garages a short distance away for less than 20€, but we ended up taking taxis. Whenever we asked for tourist information, bus schedules, etc., the receptionists would say they didn't know.

This hotel impressed us in every way, especially the staff who were super friendly. It's a pleasure to be treated like that.

The price‑quality ratio was perfect and the facilities were impressive. The mattresses were loose springs.
