We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place. The mornings and evenings were magnificent, and at times it felt as if we had the entire area to ourselves. The only visitors were a few friendly cats who would stop by to say hello; Nikita was the most affectionate of them all and would often come inside, which we didn't mind at all because we love cats. The swimming pool was a great place to spend a few hours during the hot weather. The property is also conveniently located, only about a 10‑minute drive from Amelia, where you can find a larger supermarket to stock up on groceries if you don't want to eat at restaurants every day. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, but because of the heat during our stay, we didn't get the chance to explore many of the trails.
