I was greeted by an extremely friendly and attentive staff, the room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent – the staff constantly cleaned up, were very attentive and kind, and there were plenty of parking spaces.

The breakfast was very good and varied, and they always restocked. The service there and elsewhere was very courteous. The room was tidy and adequately sized, with great lighting; the downside was that the two very bright lamps by the bed could only be switched on together. The bathroom was of sufficient size. Guests from Italy were directly reachable from the hotel, likely guided separately, and offered a wide selection at normal prices. During a 6‑day stay, twice the cleaning was incomplete or missing, especially in the shower. The bed was not made; the explanation was that sleepwear lay on the bed and was not touched. We had never heard of that in any continent, and there are gloves for emergencies!

The room was a ruin, but it was located quietly near Lake Constance and the breakfast was delightful.
