The welcome was great, the staff gave solid excursion tips, it was nice to have a pool, and the place felt very relaxing.

We really enjoyed the facilities, the food variety, and the wildlife excursions led by Jesús; we’d love to return and see more of the jungle. We didn’t mind the mosquitoes too much, it’s just part of the all‑inclusive jungle experience.

The staff were friendly, and having air conditioning after the day’s heat was a plus. The person who cleaned our cabin didn’t properly clean the bathroom during our stay; in a cabin with a bathroom for five people, it’s essential that it’s in perfect condition.
