Everything was fine, but the experience was exquisite.

The hotel is very close to the convention center and the staff are friendly; the 12pm checkout is a nice touch, and the nearby shopping complex adds to the convenience.

Absolutely nothing I could not even stay it was disgraceful I would not let a dog stay and Try and sleep on the terrible bed. Everything You have all my complaints If I knew I would not get a refund of some kind I would have taken a homeless person from the street and let them stay the 2 nights Instead you gave me a near worthless credit

The location in Wanchai is excellent and meets my needs for exploring Hong Kong.
